Though at dungeon-level, the Hufflepuff Common Room bears no resemblance whatsoever to the rest of the dungeons. It is behind a still-life portrait near the kitchens. In set-up, the common room more resembles Gryffindor except the room is of yellow and black. Perfectly round doors open up to the tunnels that lead to the dormitories.

The Ravenclaw Common Room is located up a winding spiral staircase in one of the towers. At the top is a door without a doorknob but with a bronze knocker, and instead of a password like the other houses, it will ask a logic question and if they get it right entrance to the common room will be given. The common room has a domed ceiling and is filled with blue and bronze as well as bookshelves and even a life-size statue of Rowena Ravenclaw.
